BrotherAds Return & Refund Policy

At BrotherAds, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Clearance, sale, or customized items (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at brotherads00@gmail.com (replace with your email).
  • Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer a free replacement if:

  • The product is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), BrotherAds will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For size changes or change-of-mind returns (if accepted), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Clear, transparent policies help reduce disputes and improve customer trust.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
